Reimagine Pro Wash & More provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• House washing and soft washing
• Roof cleaning
• Driveway and hardscape cleaning
• Deck and fence restoration
• Gutter cleaning
• Pool deck and patio cleaning
• Brick restoration

Service availability may vary by location. We primarily serve Knightdale, NC and surrounding areas within a 50+ mile radius.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual condition of the property upon arrival
• Additional services requested
• Unforeseen circumstances or complications
• Changes in scope of work

We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment date and time and provide a service window. Actual arrival times may vary due to weather or other factors.

Weather Policy

Pressure washing services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions. We will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated in your quote.

Property Access and Preparation

To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, we ask that you:

• Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned
• Move or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and personal items
• Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed
• Inform us of any known property damage or areas of concern
• Secure pets during service
• Provide access to water supply if needed

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

Reimagine Pro Wash & More is fully insured for your protection. However, please note:

• We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, deteriorated, or improperly installed
• Some surfaces may have pre-existing conditions that become more apparent after cleaning
• We take precautions to protect plants and landscaping, but some exposure to cleaning solutions may occur
• We are not liable for items left unsecured or not moved prior to service

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic documentation.
